The story of Sherlock's camera

London, 2023. An unclaimed package dating from 1914 was discovered during an inventory at Scotland Yard's archives. Unpacking it revealed an object resembling a camera. However, the camera contained mysterious symbols and locks instead of the usual mechanism. The following note was included with the object:

" Dear detectives!

Over the years, I've investigated the most mysterious cases. Now it's time for me to retire. That's why I've decided to entrust my life's work to one of you, the most talented and competent detective.

I'll leave you with this homemade creation: a camera with an encryption mechanism.
